Description

The Junior League of Pensacola (JULEP) is hosting a public drive-up diaper distribution event outside of the JULEP Office (2016 W Garden St), thanks to support from Baptist Health Care and Sunshine Health. The event will take place during National Diaper Insecurity Week on Sunday, October 3rd from 1pm-3pm.  To ensure participant safety, this event cannot accommodate walk-up participants. No registration is needed to receive diapers during this drive-up event.

What’s Included?

Families and caregivers of young children who are experiencing financial hardship are invited to line up by car outside the Junior League of Pensacola office to receive diapers and wipes at no cost to families.

Parents and caregivers will have the option of choosing their size of diapers (size newborn – size 7) Sorry, no pull-ups, training underwear, or adult size diapers will be available at this event. The Junior League of Pensacola WILL ONLY be distributing diapers during this event (not before or after at this time) If you are experiencing hardship and have a need, please dial 2-1-1 to find resources near you.

Traffic Details

• All vehicles attending the diaper distribution will enter the distribution area outside of the Junior League office by turning South onto North N Street (facing W Garden St) Once on N N Street, volunteer personnel on-site will walk up to direct vehicles as well as distribute diapers. To exit, all traffic will be routed to turn right off of N N Street onto W Garden Street.

• We reserve the right to cut off the line or end distribution at any time if supplies run out, the line becomes too long and a hazard to traffic, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
